  Dr. William Scott

  Dentist

  Dr. William F. Scott IV was raised in the shore community of Brick, New Jersey. From a young age, he enjoyed working with his hands- from wood working to project vehicles- he loved the intricate detail and precision that went into it. Eventually, he was afforded the opportunity to work as a dental assistant for his family dentist, where he fell in love with the field of dentistry. Dentistry combined his love of working with his hands and creating personal connections with the people he served. ​ Dr. Scott attended Rutgers University in New Brunswick for his Bachelor's degree where he studied Philosophy and Sociology. To this day, he attributes his unwavering honest and moral character and desire to truly help people to his undergraduate courses. ​ He then went on to study at both New York University where he received a Certificate in Clinical Research and University of Medicine and Dentistry of NJ (UMDNJ), graduating at the top of his class with a Masters in Biomedical Sciences and Pharmacology. While at UMDNJ, his contributions as a primary researcher earned him recognition on the published journal titled "Broad-Spectrum Biofilm Inhibition by Kingella kingae Exopolysaccharide". Furthermore, he credits his advance knowledge about the various types of pharmaceutical drugs, how they work, and their interactions with other drugs and different conditions, to his time at both universities. ​ Dr. Scott is proud to have received his Doctorate of Medicine in Dentistry from Temple University's Kornberg School of Dentistry. Accompanying his leading clinical education, he volunteered at Elwyn, a special needs dental clinic, provided oral health screenings and education for the homeless and elderly, and participated in numerous outreach programs across Philadelphia. His experiences interacting with many diverse patients has furthered his love of establishing personal connections as well as aided his ability in communicating compassionately and effectively. Dr. Scott graduated with certifications in InVisalign and Nitrous oxide sedation. After receiving his dental degree, Dr. Scott successfully completed a general practice residency from Overlook Medical Center in Summit, NJ, where he received hands on training from some of the best specialists in New Jersey. He then went on to work in a myriad of different private practice settings and eventually founded and opened the successful dental practice, Deluxe Dental Group. From emergency situations and complex cases to routine cleanings and crowns and bridges, Dr. Scott is skilled in many facets of dentistry and he is confident his patients will be pleased with the quality of his work and level of care he provides at The Star Dental Group. Dr. Scott holds active licenses in New Jersey and Pennsylvania for General Dentistry, including cosmetic, restorative and family practice dentistry. ​ When he isn't serving his patients, Dr. Scott is an active part of the Warren, New Jersey community. He is a parishioner and active member of the Knights of Columbus at Our Lady of the Mount. He also participates in the Warren Taekwondo community where he trains in martial arts. Dr. Scott enjoys drumming and live music events, and working on his project vehicle. He is an avid outdoorsman and most importantly, he loves spending time with his wife, Nicole, their son, William and their two dogs, Dallas and Georgia.

  Dr. Steven Greenbaum

  Dentist

  For more than forty years, Dr. Steven Greenbaum has applied his exceptional skills as a Doctor of Dental Medicine. On the way to his professional licensure, he attended Temple University, Rutgers University and finally, the New Jersey College of Medicine and Dentistry. He went on to complete a one-year general dentistry residency at the Sunland Center in South Florida, treating developmentally and mentally challenged children. ​ Dr. Greenbaum dedicates himself to staying abreast of advances and technical developments in the dental field so he can always offer his patients the best and most advanced care. Year after year, he pursues continuing education, expanding his training so he can offer not only general dentistry but also cosmetic treatments, dental implants and Invisalign. ​ He has ensured that every aspect of The Star Dental Group is centered around the comfort of patients and the excellence of their dental health. Patients come to The Star Dental Group from Warren, Green Brook, Basking Ridge, Martinsville, Stirling, Bernards, Bridgewater, Watchung, Dunellen and even farther. Many of Dr. Greenbaum’s patients have been with him for ten, twenty and even more years, and he is now treating the children and grandchildren of some of his earliest patients. ​ Dr. Greenbaum is licensed in both New Jersey and Florida and is an active member of the American Dental Association, New Jersey Dental Association, Central Dental Society, The American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry and the Academy of General Dentistry which also named him as a Fellow in 1982. ​ Notable accolades include an AGD Fellowship and a certificate in Implant Reconstruction. On a personal note, Dr. Greenbaum has been married to his wife Milla Greenbaum and they have 2 kids Allison and Clyde. When not in the office, he enjoys traveling and tournament poker.
